About CFCL CFCL was founded in 2008 to formalize the pre-existing business advisory practice of its founder, Grace Goyal. The firm maintains close ties with a network of professionals specializing in accounting, law, information technology, and other specialized business disciplines who act as sub-advisors as required. The CFCL Approach CFCL aims to fill the void in management resources during challenging times by essentially becoming the in-house Turnaround Manager. We work with management, staff, suppliers, and customers to attain a detailed understanding of the business. We use this understanding to provide a fresh and objective look at how the business currently operates and how we can overcome the current challenges so that it can operate better going forward.
CFCL begins with proven strategic analysis as a means to frame the challenges facing the business. Specifically, this entails interviewing managers, staff, suppliers, and customers; analysing the business' operational processes, financial statements, and marketing strategies; and analysing the industry and economic environment. We use these analyses to formulate two pragmatic action plans: a short-term stabilization plan and a long-term viability and growth plan. These are presented as step-by-step recommendations with accompanying data and rationale. We then work with our client to implement the recommendations.
