Pramod Goyal, BS, MBA, PFP, AMP

Pramod Goyal, founder and principal of the company, has over 23 years of experience and demonstrated accomplishments in the financial, banking and consulting services industry. As a Business Strategist, his experience and expertise extends to business finance and risk management.

Pramod is also the managing partner and Vice President, Finance for SAW Group Inc., an independent, privately owned, global business consulting firm, based in Canada. He is also a Senior Partner in The Business Professionals Group Ltd., a professional business advisory, financing & consulting firm.

With broad based understanding of financial needs at all levels of business including evaluating, analyzing and communicating financial data, he offers personalized advice and solutions to meet the unique needs of small and medium businesses. Pramod’s areas of expertise include: Business Finance and Commercial Lending, Business Planning & Consulting, Financial Analysis and Profit Maximization, Objective and Independent Business Analysis, Operational Reviews, Internal Controls & Governance, Re-structuring and Trouble Shooting, and Integrating Businesses. He has extensive knowledge of bank lending policies, practices, compliance and underwriting criteria. He also possesses in-depth accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in meeting corporate governance objectives.

In the past, Pramod has held senior management positions with global leaders like Acer Telecom, RBC Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, and Distribution Networks India Ltd.

Apart from his extensive industry experience, Pramod also has a strong educational background. He is a Science Graduate with Post Graduate studies in Business, Internal Audit & Financial Planning, with an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University, Chicago). Pramod also holds many professional designations including PFP, AMP & AICB.

Moreover, Pramod is a member of several professional organizations and bodies including the Association of Independent Consultants (AIC), Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP), Indo-Canada Chambers of Commerce (ICCC), and Brampton Board of Trade (BBOT). He also sits on the Finance and Multicultural Committee’s of the Brampton Board of Trade.  He has been actively involved with several voluntary organizations, and is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary International Foundation.

Rupesh Kapadia, CA, CPA (Illinois)

Rupesh was admitted to the institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1995, Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2001 and CPA, Illinois in 2003. He has around 15 years of Public accounting experience dealing with multinational companies and owner-managed companies. This has provided him with vast knowledge of financial and accounting systems.

Rupesh also has a law degree from India. It enables him to understand the legal aspects of the business keeping the numbers in mind. Indian law is very similar to Canadian law as both these countries have been influenced by the British state in the 19th Century.

His working experience in India and Canada brings the global flavour to any assignment. He has written articles and spoken on Canadian tax and accounting issues in various forums. He brings Global Solutions to your Global needs

Harjeet Ghatora, CGA 
 
Harjeet Ghatora is a member of The Certified General Accountants’ Association of Ontario with 15 years of accounting and tax experience with both public as well as privately owned companies. He has served in senior level financial roles, including Corporate Controller of a public company, gaining extensive experience in financial management and corporate tax planning.

 In his roles Harjeet has had exposure to interacting with lawyers, government regulators, auditors and board of directors. Apart from being involved in Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s), budgeting and forecasting, business planning, operational analysis, refinancing loans and implementation of accounting systems, Harjeet was also involved in advising owner-managed businesses with their financial systems and tax planning.

Harjeet also has a Masters degree in International Business Management from an American based Schiller International University, Heidelberg, Germany. With his international background in education he is better equipped to understand financial and operational needs of businesses growing globally.

Gurpreet S. Badwal, LLB

Gurpreet S. Badwal currently runs a solicitors practice focusing on Business Law (Corporate / Commercial), Real Estate (Commercial, Residential, Condominium, Development and Financing) and Wills & Estates.

He has a subspecialty and interest in Sports, Entertainment, Internet and E-Commerce related matters.
Litigation matters are undertaken only on a case-by-case basis.

Gurpreet obtained his law degree at the University of Ottawa and articled at a prestigious Bay Street business law firm in Downtown, Toronto.

Rehan Kausar, BE, MBA

Rehan has extensive experience in strategic analysis, financial analysis, profit turnaround, revenue growth, and general business planning.

Rehan as a turnaround, operations, and profit generation leader within the banking industry looks after global corporate functions including strategy, finance, technology, and business operations. One of the hallmarks of his career has been leading strategic initiatives of up to $350 million and global teams of 100+ to deliver operations improvements and business expansion—including changes slated to produce new, multimillion-dollar revenue streams. 

Rehan has worked for 15+ years with multinational organizations such as Macquarie Bank, RBC Capital Market, and Accenture. Under his leadership, large financial and non-financial institutions have realized goals for growth, sharply reduced costs, and profitable, global new-market entries. 

 He holds a Post Graduation in IT from UNSW in Australia, and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University, Chicago).
