Pramod Goyal, 
​President & CEO

​Mr. Goyal brings over 30 years of experience in strategy consulting, business planning, corporate and commercial finance, operations and processes, risk management and private equity transactions, leading client engagements in corporate growth strategy, shareholder value creation, decision support, project financing, financial strategy and mergers and acquisitions. 

Having held senior roles at InvestCo, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, Plus Industries, and Acer, his extensive leadership experience spans across a range of industries, including retail and consumer products, telecom and high-tech, hospitality, financial services and real estate.

Mr. Goyal holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; a Bachelors degree in Science (B.S.), with Post Graduate studies in Internal Audit and Management Control Systems from Delhi School of Economics, at University of Delhi. He is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and has served on several boards and advisory groups in Canada and India.
