Grace Goyal
Chairperson & Co-Founder 

Grace with extensive experience of all aspects of establishment and roll-out of business operations, co-founded Canadawide Financial in March of 2008 after 25 years in senior management roles in public relations, marketing, channel development and general management with the business services, hi-tech and manufacturing sectors. As Director of New Initiatives at Acer, she was responsible to drive implementation of a countrywide strategic plan. She has also served on the Board of Directors of several private companies in India. 

A member of CFCL’s board, Grace has been instrumental in developing and guiding CFCL’s mission, which is to enhance business value and reputation, to maximize service offerings, and to protect the bottom line of its clients. Grace’s commitment to a healthy work-life balance has resulted in a leadership team that carries on CFCL’s vision. Each member approaches their work as dedicated entrepreneurs who believe in the power of building solid, long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Pramod Goyal, B.S., PGDIA&MCS, MBA, PFP, AICB 
Co-Founder, President & CEO

​Pramod brings over 30 years of experience in strategy consulting, business planning, corporate and commercial finance, risk management and private equity transactions, leading client engagements in corporate growth strategy, shareholder value creation, decision support, project financing, financial strategy and mergers and acquisitions. 

He has held executive management roles at InvestCo, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, Plus Industries, and Acer Telecom. He has also served on the Board of Directors of several companies in Canada and India. He has built up substantial expertise across a wide range of industries and geographies including financial services, telecommunications, retail & consumer goods industries, healthcare, hospitality and high tech sectors. 

Pramod holds a joint MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Schulich School of Business at York University; a Bachelors degree in Science (B.S.), with Post Graduate studies in Internal Audit and Management Control Systems from Delhi School of Economics, at University of Delhi., and has served on several boards and advisory groups.
